Do you know what they are?They are our precious eyes!!We should be happy to have these two eyes!It's time for us to learn the techniques for improving our eyesight and also protecting the eyes,by following some measures, which are commonly known as the
Eye exercises.


Basic Eye exercises:

  1. Sit in a chair or stand in front of a blank wall.Place your thumb about 10 inches in front of your face and focus on it. ...
  2. Then, focus on an object that is 10–20 feet in front of you without moving your head.
  3. After 10–15 seconds, refocus on your thumb.

1.Talk to your optometrist regularly about eye exercises.
2.Palm your eyes whenever you get time.
3.Massage your eyes atleast once a day
